We still are receiving compliments on the evening - all 22 guests were just so pleased! Whether it be an intimate dinner for the two of us, or a private party, the entire experience is top-notch. The food was wonderful and we had a memorable evening. Many courses were served. Dry aging is a traditional method of creating exceptionally tender beef.

They prepared everything from scratch. The food was wonderful and the service beyond compare.

August 20 - September 6, The New York State Fairgrounds hosts hundreds of events throughout the year, drawing an estimated 1 million people to an incredible variety of non-fair attractions. The diners Syracues went upstairs to the private dining room of the house for the dinner. Proceeds from the sale of seats at the meal support the James Beard Foundation which fosters culinary education.

It would t be so horrible if John had asked us how our drinks were, if we wanted to order food, if we wanted refills, etc. On top of that, one of his coworker's came up and asked him not entirely politely, but not too crudely either to expedite his order.

The New York Syraduse Fair was canceled. These exceptional steaks are served in reserve quantities as a dinner special. The diners applauded the amazing meal and talented culinary staff.

Michael is such a warm and friendly waiter - makes everyone feel welcome and special. The food, as always, was incredibly delicious. He is a great ambassador for the Francesca's Cucina.

It was an amazing experience for both the diners and our talented chefs who created the meal. Used to be our favorite place to stop when we visit monthly in town. Wine parings were provided by many fine Finger Lakes region wineries. We could not have asked ronight a more romantic experience.

He didn't care at all about interacting with us, not that we were seeking that, and didn't even have the decency to smile or even have manners. Jennifer Campbell You all worked so ronight hard and did a great job on my daughter Laney's wedding shower last Saturday. The food runner was extremely friendly and so was the female bartender that came on toward the end of our visit.

Absolutely atrocious. Steaks created with dry aged beef are considered to be the pinnacle of flavor and texture. This is a tremendous honor because only the elite chefs and restaurants are invited to host a meal at the James Beard House. We asked for everything.
